MY REFRIGERATOR DOES NOT GET COLD IN THE BOTTOM. wHAT TODO

The ice buildup is the problem. Cold air must pass from the freezer to cool the refrigerator.

Look at more than one video to find the best one for your problem.

This seems to be a common problem with bottom freezers.
Usually there is ice buildup in the cold air passage from the freezer to the refrigerator. There are videos on Youtube that will help.

don't know - some have a small opening you can adjust to balance the air between the top and bottom compartments - usually inside bottom, at back, just under freezer.

If there is anything blocking the cold freezer air going down to the bottom refrigerator is the setting on your freezer control. Try to set the control on the freezer to warmer position. and you may get more cold air going down to the bottom refrigerator. Try that and hope it 'll work for you. Check to make sure the fan in the freezer compartment is working and not blocked. This delivers the cold air to the refrigerator. The fan should run every time the freezer calls for cold.
