It may connect to another if receiver, if you have a second screen in the back of the vehicle you can control the unit from there.

this use to be simple for most units and yes it would work, however, manufactures became wise to this idea and placed a relay inside the unit that must be reset to prevent us WISEGUYS from doing so, but i do not know if this is the case with yours, if it is then you can run a toggle switch between the unit and the ground in order to reset this relay as needed with a flip of the switch

if your pioneer radio has the light blue ipbus/changer plug on the back of the radio, you can use this adapter and turn on the <aux> in the menu where you set the clock.

To fix this issue on the back of the double din touch screen#uv8020, splice the pink wire, and splice into the (black) ground wire connecting them together. This will enable you to watch dvd;s whie driving.
