Format your disk and Reinstall operating system or find out which all are the infected registry and remove the virus registry contents manually.
or delete (hidden file) autorun.inf from all drives if it exists.

How can i remove virus

Removing viruses, though technical, is yet a very simple process if all the required steps are properly followed.
The basic steps are:
 • Buy or download a reliable antivirus software
 • Install the antivirus software
 • Update antivirus software with the latest virus definitions
 • Perform a complete system scan
Install an Antivirus Program in the System What is Antivirus program? An antivirus is a program that searches for, identifies and removes potential viruses existing in the computer system.
Antivirus software: Some of the most commonly and reliable antivirus programs available in the market are -
 • Symantec Norton antivirus
 • AVG antivirus
 • McAfee Scan
 • Microsoft Antivirus
The antivirus software should be updated regularly to retain its effectiveness.
Before installing the antivirus, close all open applications and terminate any suspicious processes using Task Manager. Sometimes, you may need to boot into safe mode or safe mode with command prompt to delete suspicious programs and references to them in the Windows Registry (run regedit from the command prompt to open the registry editor).
Search engines are excellent tools to find out whether a certain process is harmful or not. You can also get steps on how to remove a specific virus manually.
Removing the virus beforehand might be necessary, as some viruses will not allow an antivirus to operate. However, if you are not successful, you may still continue with the installation.

Scan the System to Identify and Locate the Virus Usually, the antivirus will run automatically when the system reboots after the installation. Therefore, it might identify the virus automatically. Moreover, you may want to run a quick system scan to locate the virus.
Troubleshooting the Virus Infected Areas After the antivirus identifies the infected areas, the next step is to rectify those areas.
Methods of Eliminating Viruses
Generally, the antivirus adopts one of two methods to eliminate the virus:
 • Removing the virus - When the virus can be easily identified and can be removed without affecting other files, then the antivirus removes it from the host place.
 • Quarantine - his is done when the virus cannot be easily identified removed from the file and the removal of virus means the removal of the complete file. In this method, although the virus is not eliminated, it is rendered inactive by moving the file into "quarantine" and renaming it.
Perform a Full System Scan Even after the virus is removed from the system, the next step is to scan the whole system to ensure that no infected files remain.

How to Remove a Virus With Software Recommendations

In this tech article I will go over methods to protect and remove viruses from your computer. Viruses can cripple a computer and steal your personal information. You should protect your computer at all times and learn what and what not to do on the internet.

Free Virus Protection Tools
The following programs are free and highly recommended.

Spybot Search and Destroy - This tool will scan and clean your computer from spyware. It will also run actively in the background to protect against infection.

MalwareBytes - You can use MalwareBytes to remove all forms of viruses from your computer but it cost extra to have the real time protection. Nonetheless, a very good tool and free to use.

AVG Anti-Virus - The basic software is free and provides protection against viruses and spyware. It also has link scanning which can come in handy.

It is important to keep these software utilities up to date with the latest virus definitions needed to protect and clean your computer.

Removing Viruses

-If by some chance you are already infected or the programs happen to let your computer get infected(not likely) then you need to take certain steps in order to completely remove the virus. If you have System Restore active in Microsoft Windows, you can restore the computer to a state before the infection. Afterwards, do complete scans of the computer using the programs above.

-Malware will stop anti virus programs from running, and other basic computer functions needed to remove viruses like Task Manager and System Restore. Once you boot into safe mode, run system restore or your virus removal programs.

-You can boot into safe mode by continually pressing F8 as the computer is booting up. Then choose the Safe Mode option.

-Be careful when using Facebook. There is a new trick going around to spread nasty viruses. Basically, the facebook app pretends to show you who your top friends are. There are no programs that can do this so if you see anything like this come your way, do not click it. Also, do not login to any facebook login except at the main facebook site. If you click on a link in facebook it may take you to a fake login page so be wary.

-Be careful when clicking attachments in emails. Only open attachments from people you trust. Be sure to scan the attachments before you actually run/open them on your computer.

-Be careful when downloading programs from websites you are not familiar with.

-Make sure to keep Microsoft Windows up to date. Removing Viruses and Malware

This is the best way I have found to cure a machine infected with Viruses or malware

If your computer has an internet connection and you can access http://www.malwarebytes.org

--download the free edition of malware bytes antimalware install and update it to the latest definitions and run a quick scan this is the best software available for free to fix infected pcs once the scan has finished and the computer restarted your virus and malware woes are over

if the virus or malware is blocking your internet and you are unable to access http://www.malwarebytes.org it becomes a little more complicated

--you will need access to a machine that is not infected use this to download the latest version of malware bytes and place it on a usb stick

--next download the manual update definitions from http://malwarebytes.gt500.org/ transfer these with the usb to the infected machine run the install and the updates then quick scan and your golden

if for some reason you cant access malwarebytes.org and you cant install software on the infected machine

--this is the most difficult and not recommended if you don't know your way around a computer you will have to open up the computer

-- once the computer is open remove the hard drive and install it as a secondary drive on a non infected machine

--on the non infected machine install malwarebytes and update and run a quick scan it will scan the infected hdd as well and cure it take the now clean hdd out and install it in the original machine

--boot up the original machine download malwarebytes on it and run another scan just to be sure

99% of viruses and malware can be removed from the above methods however sometimes and infection is so bad that the drive has to be wiped and the operating system reinstalled
THE LAST OPTION AND THE SAFEST ONE IS THAT BACKUP UR DATA AND FORMAT YOUR HARD DISC. THIS WILL ELIMINATE ANY FURTHER INFECTION BY THE SAME VIRUS IF ITS NOT REMOVED BY THE ANTI VIRUS.
