why not get the service manual on it, and not guess.

this is LED TV and any board inside scan fail even the LED bank.
lacking the real manual how can you even check voltages?
ask sony for the manual yet?

actually, unless the control board is identical(which it isn't) that would be a bit of a stretch.. Let's see..can you let me know what is the model number of your set?

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. Is the computer plugged in to a known good power source with a known good power cord? Also, make sure the power is fully seated on both ends. When you press the power button are you getting any indicator lights? The power button itself has an LED that will be either solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber, or off. Do you hear any beeps?

Tv have power LED lights indication are blinking and recycle blinking.Mean the tv power supply board is the problems and the causes.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

only the touch not works but the monitor is good

Well, suddenly it worked again. But I waited the whole day >.>

It's because I accidentally plug the cable to the built-in graphics card port. Now I connected it to the right one and my monitor is working great!

I had this same problem and after doing some research, I removed the lamp, cleaned it and plugged it back in. It fixed my problem completely.
