I would like to know how to add 2 x ENTER in the scan suffix. The Product Reference guide describes how to program only one ENTER. Can this be done via the USB interface (i.e. instead of RS232 and instead of using the Scan123 software)?
Thanks
The correct way to do this would be to write one Advanced Data Formatting rule that sends the data followed by two enter keys. It can be done with 123Scan then printing the barcodes (sorry the software only supports the RS-232 cable for interface right now) or by scanning the programming barcodes from the Product Reference Guide. The latest version of the guide is here:

I suggest saving a copy of the guide then printing the pages from the saved copy.
Begin new rule Adobe page 232 of 342
Send all data that remains Adobe page 246 of 342
Send enter key Adobe page 287 of 342
Send enter key Adobe page 287 of 342
Save rule Adobe page 232 of 342
This is the proper way to send more than one character after the barcode data.
You may need to enter two "rules", each adding an "enter" to the data. This is programmed by scanning special barcodes in the manual, which you can download here:
