Check Q8014 and Q8013 for shorts, leakage, or bad solder connections on
the " D" board. If the transistors are bad, check R8051 and IC8005,
also on the "D" board.good luck

High voltage protection. Either transistor Q8014 04 Q 8013 is shorted along with R8051 on the D board or IC 8005 is defective on the D board. Let me know if you need more assistance
Its sort of silly, but my father got behind the tv and smacked it. The error message went away, and the tv is working fine now. It wasn't easy for him to get behind it though, it's rather tall and weighs 234lbs. I did manage to find a pdf file of the repair manual for this model at Techlore.com.
Does it blink a certain amount of blinks pause a second or just blink constantly with no pauses? Let me know it will blink a code if its going into protected shutdown. And it will blink constantly for another reason.
