Mail Merge Print Problem

You won't find the download link as office 2003 is not supported anymore. (had same issue as I owned office 2003 had to go to office 365)
I am not sure if later versions of office would run with office xp ?
suggest trying open office

Alternatively, you can use Open Office, it's free and just as good.

The free version is only good for 25 uses then you have to buy the key. Here is alternative that is really free.

sorry u can't download windows XP u should purchase it and remove vista and install windows XP after installing u should download drivers for the dell laptop Inspiron 1525 of windows XP because vista is pre installed operating system including with drivers

the black screen at windows startup implies that u have a probleme with ur software package(service pack 2)

so get a fresh copy of the softwares u have mentioned
then 1st install windows serice pack 2 from the bootable disk
after that when windows starts install ms office professional.
