Your options are:
Go to the manufacturer's web site and click parts, accessories, or support. Enter your model number and a page should display with options for purchasing a new plate.

Another option is that you can look up the toll-free number for the manufacturer at this web site and speak to them directly about a replacement.

I'd say contact the manufacturer. Most times, you can't get parts like that in stores, and if you can, they'll be overpriced, whereas the manufacturer usually have them for cheaper. Their contact phone number is usually going to be on the back of your microwave, and if not, you can usually google it by using the manufacturer name (ex., Kenmore, Cuisinart, GE, etc.).
