Mine did the same thing, comes on, gets hot but the water will not go through, it is also in our RV under the counter.
I posted this for Chiefbvf earlier: The thermal cutoff switch part number is 36TMH0110603L320-32F (cuts off between 320 and 332F), which I can't find for sale. There is a slightly different one available, however, which cuts off between 315 and 350F, but I can't find an outlet that sells singles. If you can find someone who sells individual parts with serial no: 36TMH0110539L315-50F let me know.
I broke down and ordered the part I found at an electrical component warehouse. It was fairly simple to install and the coffeemaker has worked great every day since (over two months now, a full pot every morning), but since the minimum order was 15 cutoff switches I now have 14 that I won't need for (hopefully) quite a while. If anyone else wants one I'll drop it in the mail for $10, including postage, to anywhere in Canada or the continental US. I'll even include detailed instructions and graphics. There is minimal soldering involved, but it is strictly in-line and open so there's no circuit-board work. I did everything on the kitchen counter.

Hi Altrev, If there's a way to contact you through FixYa, I can't find it. If you'll add your email address I'll contact you. Thanks, [email protected]
Altrev, I'd be interested in some of the parts you have, just can't figure out a way to send you an email. I can be reached at [email protected]. Thanks.
