Try on as Main Menu > settings > themes.
Nokia 6300 is s40 so you have to download themes with the format .nth you can get many cool themes here...click on

This is not your mobile problem. It is theme problem which you are trying to install. Theme may certificate error. Try to install another theme. Or set time to your mobile if you have invalid time on your mobile. Hope your problem fixed.

If u r trying to apply the nokia 6300 themes into ur 6300 china mobile then sorry to tell u that there are no themes available for china mobile only the in-built themes can be used and everything is different in the china mobiles.
