The control assembly in the tank is faulty. Type "M-1011526-F3" into google search and the first thing that comes up is a bunch of the flushmate repair parts. If in doubt, change the whole innerd of the power unit. (the black tank with it's valve, etc)

Have you tried the "800" number on the tank label or visited the Flushmate Web site?

Could be related to the plumbing or the Flushmate. Technical support should be able to help you pinpoint the cause and, if it's Flushmate-related and under warranty, provide a resolution.

Good luck!

Hi,
The only adjustment you can make is to crank your water pressure up...
But that probably will not solve your problem...
The best thing to do is to call the 800 number on the top of the tank and get technical assistance from them directly... they also will send you free parts if you need parts...

SOURCE: I have a FlushMate series

Hi shirts,

That's right. One of the possible reason why you are encountering the problem that it's very slow to fill up is because of a clogged inlet screen. Here's how you can check it.

Checking Inlet Screen

  1. Turn off the water supply valve.
  2. Flush the toilet to relieve the pressure.
  3. Disconnect the water supply line from the Supply Shank (A). (See Figure 6)
  4. Examine the inlet screen and remove anything that may be blocking the flow of water into the FLUSHMATE® tank.
    • The inlet screen can be removed by inserting a small pointed object (such as a large paperclip or the blade of a penknife) into the lower Supply Shank and working the inlet screen loose. (See Figures 7a, 7b, 7c)
    • Reinstall the inlet screen by pushing it upward into the Supply Shank with your fingertip. (See Figure 7d)
  5. Reattach water supply line and fully open water supply valve. Test setup by flushing toilet.
Hope it helps.

Thank you for using Fixya.

Absolutely not! Because these tanks have air pressure inside them, and you can hurt yourself or somebody else. You need to get new one... take a look here Amazon com Sloan Flushmate tank. I hope this was helpful. cheers

Wont flush and keeps running

Sounds like the flapper valve is not seating properly.
Lift the lid off the tank. Down at the bottom there is a flapper valve. Sometimes it can get stuck open, especially if someone has put a water freshener or other device inside the tank.

How can I remove the Flushmate 503 to access the mounting screws at the bottom of the tank?

You will need to remove the china holding tank from the toilet bowl by removing the nuts on the underside of the china tank.

After you have the tank off the bowl, remove the two plastic lock-nuts used to mount the Flushmate into the china tank and slide the Flushmate out of the china tank.

After you install the new tank-to-bowl bolts & washers, reverse the process to reinstall the Flushmate unit and remount the china tank.

Sloan flushmate is spraying water up in tank

Best chance of solving your specific problem would be to jot down the serial number and call Flushmate Tech Support at 800-533-3460 (M-F, 8 - 4:30 ET).

Flushmate 503 sprays water out of top of tank, apparently coming for under the flushmate system. The valve doesn't seem to leak. Iahve pressure tested it.

Turn off the water supply at the wall, flush the toilet to relieve the pressure inside the Flushmate, and call Flushmate Consumer Services at 800-533-3460 M-F, 8:00 - 4:30 ET.

They'll need to know the serial number and approximate date of installation of the Flushmate.

You could alos fill out a confidential "contact" form on the contact page of the Web site, www.flushmate.com.

If yu need to use the toilet in the meantime, you can "bucket flush" it by pouring 2 to 3 gallons of water into the bowl. This will generate a standard siphonic flush and won't give you the pressureized extractiopn but it will keep the toilet usable until a Flushmate support tech can diagnose the issue and provide a resolution.

Good luck!

Sloan Flushmate M-101526-F3-Constant Filling

There is a lifetime warranty on the tank and a ten year warranty on parts. Call flushmate and ask. they will not tell you otherwise.

If you use any chemicals in the tank it will void the warranty.
