If you have a "credit-balance", go to the bank that issued the credit-card, and ask for a "cash-advance" for the value of the credit, and to charge your credit-card for that amount, thus reducing your balance to "zero".
look on the back of your credit card you have a toll free number call there and answer at all the question they ask you! they will ask your credit card number your digital code and some other stuff!
