Dehumidifier not filling the bucket with water

Good Morning Friend,

I understand you are wondering if there is a recall on your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# LAD704TDL. I see that the bucket is not filling with water when your appliance is running. I understand that the bucket fills with water and overflows on your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# FAD704DUD. Please make sure your dehumidifier is installed on a level that will support it with a full bucket of water. If the dehumidifier is moving when it fills with water then this could possibly be the cause of the bucket overflowing.
