C 0650 Scanner home sensor malfunction. Remove the original glass and clean the home sensor(the sensor is dirty,paper dust) located in the rigth rear corner.Move the mirror assy to maximum right position and you located the sensor.
Electrical disconnect Draws #2 draw #3 draw #4 and Draw #5 all connections for each of those draws is in the rear middle cover. Also remove the job tray that the device where the paper comes out for faxes print etc. leave only draw one connected power off the machine turn back on after ten seconds. if the code is gone have a bad draw (s) if it comes back replace the main board if you can find one. The Di251 is legacy machine Minolta is now Konicaminolta. If the code did not come back your going to start connecting each draw back one at a time. Fig out which one(s) is causing the problem
C0650 code is the scanner lamp home sensor is not working so the copier does not know where the scanner is clean first will require removal of the orginal glass (large one) the other code is the image unit, has it been replaced or repaired recently. To fix mite require a new image unit
Scanner home position. Check the scanner itself there is a small piece of plastic that actuates the home sensor, check for dust dirt (can air) sensor is loacated under the glass left side rear
