there will be a black cap with a red hose attached to it you have to buy the fitting if you dont have one it should be located in rear compartment mounted on the wall you will have to pull the tray out sometimes they mount them under your dry box in the front but most of the time they be in the back

I would try to remove the inlet from the wall and tighten the screws that the low voltage wires connect to. If that doesn't work I would buy a new inlet. They are very easy to change out and relatively inexpensive. The inlets are readily available online.
