Chinese mobiles are not recognized by your network provider. Ask customer care of your network provider if it supports Cherry.

Your Internet is not on you have to have Internet in order to use browsers pages. I'm assuming you have a DSL connection. Go ahead and reset that modem again power it down and restart your Internet connection. Also power down your computer as well unplug the computer from the power supply and press the power button for a second or two this will reset your computer to default then plug it back in and restart the computer again and the net should come on if not contact your IP service provider and get them to assist you. Write or call IBM,and have them give you the information on ths system.Orsee if the warranty has evpired,and return it(For Your Money).If possible.

Un install them at once from device manager at modem option then follow the complete procedure to reintall them

Following research on the inernet it proved to a phone cimpany problem. Am now waiting for them to fix it.

make sure the wireless settings of the router and laptop match each other in order for them to synchornize and connect properly.
