I have little respect for safes that use batteries ever since i heard many can be "bumped" to open them. bumping is little more than one hand on handle to open safe and one hand holding a mallet (hard rubber to protect finish) then hit safe from different angles while gently trying to turn handle to open position. it's same principle as opening a pin tumbler with an oscillating device (VI- BRAY - TOR). takes a soft touch and a little patience until you get feel of technique then will be easy in just a few seconds.... Telling us the model/manufacture might be a good idea too

Most of these safes come with a default setting. Try entering 0000.
otherwise you will need to locate the serial number and contact the manufacturer.

SOURCE: I have an ES20 safe,

Emergency Key - store in secure place NOT inside the safe. Remove the override cover in the centre of the face of Safe (its a silver plastic panel with Sandleford Electronic Safe ES20 on it), insert override key (a cyclinder key) - hidden underneath the override cover panel - and turn anti clockwise, rotate the knob clockwise to open door

The operating instructions on the ES20 as per the crappy manual:

Open safe using emergency key provided

Insert batteries in the box inside the door

Opening the safe
a. pre-set factory code 159
b. input 159 (the yellow light will flash and the buzzer will beep), then press B or A button, the green light will be on, rotate the knob clockwise, pull outwards, the door is opened

Closing the safe: close the door, input the code (the green light will flash for 5 secs). Turn the knob anti clockwise, the control system will activate and the safe will be locked

Changing the code: open the safe, press the red button located inside the door, the yellow light will go on indicating the code can be changed. Input the new code (1-8 digits), then press A or B button, it shall be confirmed by two beeps indicating the new code has been accepted and stored. If the yellow light and buzzer beeps 3 times the code is invalid - try again

Changing the Battery - If the red and green light are on this indicates that the batteries are low and require changing. To ensure the batteries have been installed correctly test before closing the door

Safemark hotel safe code to change the battery

You open it with the code to open the safe. The battery is in the rear of the door. If your battery is flat, you use the key. The key hole is usually hidden behind an escutcheon plate or badge.

There is no magical master code to open this type of safe.

Battery is removed and the keys are inside

Is it a safe with an electronic lock? The safe usually comes with a key that you should keep outside the safe not in it exactly for this flat battery scenario that you're in. The battery box for your electric lock is usually on the inside of the safe so you need the key to open the lock. You can force it open, check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqC9V7SDKdQ

Digital safe. combination isint working. key was lost years ago. urgent that get open grocery money is inside.

Hi,
I assume you have been able to open it with the key code up till now?
Its possible the batteries are flat. Most digital safes only have access to the batteries once it is open.
If you can access the batteries from outside try replacing them.
If the safe is only a cheap model use an angle grinder to cut it open, or take it a locksmith.
Good luck,
Steve

Can not open nu tool sf 10 electronic digital safe

If the batteries are flat you will need a key to open your safe, the keyhole is usually under a plastic cover on the front of the door.
If the batteries were getting low a light should have warned you.
Hope this helps.
