Do hard reset, it will fix the problem and make sure to back up all the data as it will wipe out everything.

this may be a silly solution but maybe motor went out if its still under warranty get it looked at.

try cleaning it with 91 % alcohol

If you have paper in the loading tray and it keeps giving you out of paper message then the sensor by the loading hopper is not working and would need to be replaced.

9 times out of ten though you might want to clean the printer and make sure the hopper is not just jammed this happens when you put too much paper in there at one given time.

Go into your services menu and look for webroot.Uncheck them and then boot into safe mode to uninstall.
Webroot also will send you an uninstaller.

I beleive it only supports up to 4gigs. So you need to use a 4gig or lower sized card.

the motor on that spins the disc has burnt up...I have this same problem and I am looking for a replacement motor. It doesnt seem to be a common item
