Hi there should not be problem if you can hear the voice of other person whether it is incoming or outgoing.Because, same earpiece (speaker) produced the voice to you respectively.But,Sometimes, this problem occur when the network is not properly works....irritating network/low network.Or your phone might have network problem.Before visit nearest mobile repairing shop put another Sim Card with different network.Thanks for visiting fixya

Your problem is with the mic, probably it's not working anymore or maybe it's been displaced or wiring problem. It's better for you to get it repaired from a mobile repairing shop.
