Run but no heat can be caused by a number of things. Improper voltage to unit, heating element, thermostats and fuses, timer or control board, wiring, and motor. Heat circuit runs through all of these.

2 things can cause this. 1st the felt bearing at the front that the tub rides on may be worn the 2nd is the rear bearing that the tub actually attaches into. one of these is bad or going bad.
sounde like you have a clogged vent line be shure the vent hose is not cinked in any waty that would restrict the air flow. Next turn the dryer on and make sure you and a good flow of air out side the house if the air is not blowing out the vent out side you will need to clean this out or have it cleaned.
check thermostats on fan duct housing. the white one is a thermal fuse, not the problem if unit runs. for frontloader matching models thermostats are up front. remove lower cover and use ohm meter. wiring diagram avail there as well. then check element.
check the ignitor under the door panel on the left side of the burner if it gets red when you turn the dryer on.if yes than see if gas shoots out and yes than how long it stays on if in few minutes it turns off than need thermal fuse checked so let me know up to this point if it works or not .
