Samsung DLP 61 inch tv when turned on, no picture and sound

I have a Samsung DLP 61 inch tv when i turn it on it does not turn on no picture and no sound just front panel power green light is blinking and it turn on and off several times and than green and red light starts to blink continuously. still no piture and sound. what could be rong with my samsung dlp tv. Is it the lamp or something else

I have a DLP Samsung 61 inch. It has verticial curved wave lines, these lines seem to move. like it's not on the station good. (These lines are not black, but almost white in color.) All my other TV's in the same house, using the same sat. dish have good pictures. Could you tell me my problem and what part to look for. Thanks

sounds like the dmv pcb bpard cost 597.70 and about a 250 core charge from andrews electronics.

Samsung 61" DLP 3 Blinking lights.
all 3 lights blinking means lamp has a fault the service manual says replace the lamp. If you need the service training manual for that model let me know and I will post the link as the training manual has excellent trouble shooting breakdowns for that model DLP
