I need to download windows media player 10 but i cant because my windows xp pro is not genuine. my samsung yp-k3 isnt recognized when i insert it into the comp. i tried almost everything including reseting the mp3 player. i just need the driver for my player and its not on the samsung website(useless)
i dont have a cd becuase i bought mines off a friend and he doesnt either becuase he bought it off a friend

it is simplego to program files & delete windows media player
folder.
then go to the setup & right click and click on extraction option and extract it.then go to extracted folder and run "wmp.." it will install the windows media player10 OR 11.if this not work install all the setup in extracted folder.

Get your friend to download windows media player for you. Usually the computer will recognise the mp3 device automatically but it depends if you have xp sp2 installed. YOu can get hold of it via P2P so you dont need to go through the xp genuine check
