How can I fix my Frigidaire PLD4375RFC Dishwasher that leaks from bottom door even after new door gaskets 154576501 and 154701001.

It sounds like you are fixing the wrong area. If water is coming down between the inner and outer door panel and following the wiring harness, the leak is inside the door. Either from the soap cup mounting or the rinse agent area which I think is the same unit on your model. There is a gasket behind that part. Also check the inner door if its plastic for any possible cracks.

Water leaking from bottom of the door

It sounds like your problem may be a worn door seal. Over time, these seals compress to the point where they no longer seal correctly, or food particles and grime get caught between the inner door and seal and leave small air gaps. You need to periodically clean this area with a damp cloth to ensure you have a clean surface for the tub seal.

The following link explains some of the common causes of dishwasher leaks and what you can do to prevent them:

Replacement parts (if required) can be purchased at any of the following websites:

searspartsdirect.com
pcappliancerepair.com
appliancepartspros.com
repairclinic.com

All these sites are reputable and have great service. Prices vary between them, so shop and compare. The first three sites I have listed include helpful exploded view parts illustrations to assist you in locating and properly identifying any parts you may need.

This is a very simple repair that you can perform yourself without the assistance of a repairman, and it usually does not cost much. The average price of a door gasket ranges from $25 to $45 depending on model. If you have questions, or require additional assistance, please post back with your complete MODEL NUMBER (located along the door opening) and let me know. I hope this helps you.

Door seal has a inch long hole on bottom side allowing water to drip out this occurs during wash cycle

If the door bellow (gray rubber seal) is leaking it must be replaced to prevent further leaking. The bellow can become mishapened from constant contact with the door over time and not seal properly, or develop rips and tears due to age and overloading.
The following link explains how to access and replace one:

Leaking from the front door

If the washer is leaking from the door, more than likely the door bellow (gray rubber seal) is causing the problem. The bellow can become mishapened from constant contact with the door over time and not seal properly. There is no adjustment on the door, so when the bellow becomes worn, it must be replaced.

If you are referring to the TUB SEAL that goes around the exterior perimeter of the wash tub where the front and rear halves meet, this is an inexpensive part, but requires extensive disassembly to get to. You can save a LOT in trying to attempt this repair on your own as this can take 1 to 2 hours for a qualified technician to perform. If you have a leaking tub seal and wish to attempt it on your own, please post back and clarify WHERE your leak is coming from.

Refer to the following parts illustrations:

http://pcappliancerepair.com/model-display.php

The door bellow is listed as item 5 under the "Door and Latch Parts" section (part #8182119).

The tub seal is listed as item 10 under the "Tub and Basket Parts" section (part #8181673).

Door drops down 1/8' when open. To close need to

If the model number you have this listed under is correct, there is no adjustment. More than likely the door pivot and/or hinges are worn. They can easily be replaced, however. The part numbers are as follows:

Door Pivot - 8184922
Upper Door Hinge - W10114255
Lower Door Hinge - W10114254

You can find these parts at appliancepartspros.com. Just type in the model number and locate items 6, 8, and 13 under the "Door Parts" heading.

If you have questions about this repair, or have a different model number, please post back and let me know so that I may be able to provide better assistance. I hope this helps you.
