Hi!

Please remove the Battery from the Camera then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Next, reinsert the battery pack and turn ON the Camera.
You may also try resetting the Camera to the original factory settings by follow the steps given below:
Press Home button on the Camera to display home screen.
Select Settings with left/right arrow on the control button.
Next, select the Main Settings 1 then Initialize and OK.

Performing the above steps will reset the Camera to the original factory settings.

If the issue persists even after performing all the above steps then service will be required.

Use the manual. Read the section about changing the Time Zone. TYO is for Tokyo. To download the manual you need the module number, a 4-digit code on the back of the watch.

Pentax optio e50

Try messing around with the settings so different pictures are achieved. is there flash? (I personally never use flash in any pictures I take). Just setting the ISO to manual doesn't do anything, There are specific values, setting it to a lower may help, there's also white balance and exposure you should take in account. The camera also isn't that great of a camera and I'd suggest getting a new one.

How to change date and time for Polaroid i531

Press the menu button, scroll sideways (press lightening icon) to Setup (tools icon), then down (disp) to highlight date and time. Press Set or the lightening icon to select the date and time setting, then press disp or the opposite upper part of the rocker to change the numbers, and the lightening or flower to move between the various date and time settings. Press Set when you are through.

If you leave the battery out of the camera for 48 hours, you will be invited to set the date and time at the next switch on.

You can download a manual for a similar camera, the i1036, at polaroid.com, but there does not seem to be a manual for this specific camera there. Try THIS LINK

What does the different settings mean on my vivicam 5024

Your question is quite vague. Different settings on your camera are used to take pictures in different situations. Sometimes you'll need flash, sometimes you need a fast shutter or a slow one. All these things are done automatically by the cam, but by changing the setting you are preparing the cam to better suit the scene that you want to take as well as the resolution of picture you want and so on. If this doesn't answer your question, please be specific.

Batteries problem....

Try rechargable NiMH batteries. They are specifically designed for today's technology, and last much, much longer than traditional batteries. It doesn't matter about the brand -- Energizer, Rayovac, Duracell, generic -- I've found that they all tend to last about the same amount of time in my digital camera. But I only use rechargable ones anymore.

Blue skies

Things to consider regarding "blue skys"... Time of day (Sunlight has different color spectrum mix & kelvin temp as the dawn passes on to night. Atmospheric conditions - humidity, ozone, smoke/dust - all filter the colors White Ballance - Do a manual WB before shooting each series. Camera - different sensors are not created equal. One may play more to the blue end, another towards flesh tones. Lens systems, filters affect it too. Many say a good polorizer is one of the best investments for outdoor photos Display media - Monitors need to be color balanced to accurately portray "what you shot". Likewise, color print labs do best with digital files tuned to their specific hardware profiles.
