2000 Buick Century started pulling to the right on freeway.

Steering wheel started to vibrate a little. Now, when going slow the steering wheel pulls back and forth almost like the tire is out of round or something. Cant see a problem when watching it from outside...just steering pulls back and forth slow when going slow, faster when going faster. Topped off steering fluid, no good. Could it have gotten out of alignment while traveling on the freeway? It was OK yesterday.

Thanks for replying. When I old it straight, it fights me and tries to turn right...in pulses. Kind of a yank, yank, yank. The slower I go the slower the yanks. When I go faster the yanks start to feel more like a vibration, but always fighting with it to keep from turning right.

If you hold the steering wheel straight ahead does the car move side to side or does the steering wheel fight you to move side to side.

What causes my 2-wheel drive ranger to vibrate hard when I turn the steering wheel at low speeds only, like pulling out of garage? also does it in reverse. makes a noise near the rear when it is vibra

i would say it is a solenoid or air in the power steering lines but you would have to put a obd2 scanner and see what it says.
if i remember correct bleeding is as simple as removing the power steering cap and turning steering all the way left hold for 5 seconds then right and hold but you will need to look at oil in reservoir and see if it is bubbling while turning and holding. you will need a helper and if it is do this for 5-10 minutes.

Steering wheel and ignition key are locked

Hello
If the steering wheel was turn a little bit when the ignition was turn off it will be tough to unlock the ignition, try turning the steering wheel to the right or left pretty hard and hold it while you try to turn the ignition key on that should loosen the lock up a little
Good luck

93 buick century -turn signals

The Buick Century uses separate relays for the hazard warning and turn signal functions. The turn signal relay is located on the accelerator pedal bracket, and the 4-way flasher relay is located on the convenience center near the left kick panel. Try switching these two relays with one another to see if your turn signals work instead of your 4-ways.
