If you have followed the instruction the other person has given you and you still get c6000 it means your fuser/fixing unit is faulty and you'll need a new one I would advise getting a service company to do this

How to repair fixing unit of copier machine it replies Error C6000
Hi
I assume that your printer is a Kyocera Mita and probably one from their KM range. I proceed on this basis.
It is possible to reset this using U163 in Maintenance Mode to reset the code. If the error still persists it is to do with the fuser unit. I found many error codes for many printers and the particular page of relevance to you is here:
Error Codes Kyocera Mita KM2540 Code C6000
It is for the KM2540 but you can change models easily using the drop down menu in the centre of and near the top of the page.

The error code(C6000) Maybe the broken fixing heater wire. In fixing warm-up, the time to reach 50 degree(C)/122 F exceeds 10s, the time to reach the primary stabilization exceeds 10s or the time to reach secondary stabilization exceeds 24s. Error C6000 related to fuser unit, you can try to reset to see if it works, other wise you need to replace fuser unit.
try to reset following these steps:
press on the panel the key 1078 1078, this will take you to maintenance mode.
now hite the key 163 And then hit the Start key.
select Execute and press Start key again.
Turn the machine off and on.

My KM-2035 appeared error call service C6000 on my copier.
on the nunber keys, key in 10871087 the display should blink then enter 163 then;

1. Press the start key. The screen for executing is displayed.

2. Select the EXECUTE using the up/down cursor keys. The selected item is displayed in reverse.
3. Press the start key. The fixing problem data is initialized.

Are you sure the error isn't C6000, which is a fixing unit error? If it is a C6000 then it maybe able to be reset in simulation mode if the fixing unit hasn't failed. Verify error code.

This is a fixing unit error. If you have had a power outage or your power has flickered it maybe able to be reset with out parts. Go to www.gfbm.net and call thier number and they should be able to reset it over the phone at no charge.
