My TV freezes instantly when it turns on.

When I turn on the TLA-01511C Polaroid TV 15'' it freezes on me. Itfreezes on a black screen or freezes on a channel. Unplugging the TVdoes not help. I can not do anything with the remote or manually on theTV. Can not change channels or even turn it off. Now when the TV turnson after I unplug it I notice I have a split second to do something.Like hit input or something, but when the input screen comes up itfreezes a second later.

Is my TV doomed? Oh and I have had this TV for about 2 years or a Year and a half.

Take the tv aparts cleans all parts and disconnect an reconnect everythings.It will work,or u might also need to replace the Video ic inverter board.

It needs a video board replaced most likely. You can find by searching on google for your model. Might cost more than set is worth. Think about new model as they are really cheap in that small size.

Polaroid TLA-04641C no sound

You should go into the menu SOUND section of your tv. Look for the TV Speaker choice option.
This will have to be turned on to get sound from the tv.
