I need an exercise chart for my york mega max 3001 multi gym.

I need it to see what exercises on that gym affects which muscles.

I have a mega max 3001 multigym do i need to grease the cables and bar that holds the weights.
The only thing that needs lubrication is the guide pole that hold the weight plates with silicone Napa or Pyrol brand is good and apply depending usage at least once a week. Procedure is use a cloth spray lubricant into cloth and rub cloth onto poles this clean and lubricate.
