Get the installation CD that comes with the webcam that is only thing that will solve the problem

If your camera CD installer is lost you can download installer in the internet. If you will what is the model of your cam you need to visit their official site seacrh the model of your cam and download the driver.

Is this a labtec webcam or is it made by Zippy Ltd? If it is a labtec webcam, you can find the driver at the following:

I found this website for some Zippy webcam drivers. I am not sure if yours is one of them.
