Rca d52w20 i had a power outage. when the power came back on my tv will not turn on. the green power light will come on for about 3 seconds then turn off. can you help me please. thanks dave

remove all the electrical wire connections from the back of the tv .remove the power plug from the electrical outlet and wait for two minutes and replug the wire and then ckeck.it should work.

ON the deflection board ck capacitors 114,130,150 if 150 is puffed up on top it is bad 2200uf 16v use 25v and the other 2 are 220uf 35v replace all 3 of them and resolder around all pinns on FBT flyback transfomer.
CK capacitor cp114,120,150 if ant of these caps are puffed up on top it is bad so replace all 3 capacitors cp 150 is 2200uf 16v other two are 220uf 35v
