SOURCE: my whirlpool duet dryer will not start. Power

Mine isn't stacked and I had the same problem. My husband and I just bought ours last week. I had to close the door and then press on the top of the door to hear another click and it then would start the cycle. I don't know if this is correct or not. I have searched whirlpool web site and not found mention of this. I am calling the department store we purchased ours from to see if this is normal. Hope this helps!

Whirlpool Cabrio elec dryer error code f3 e1

Michael, We are sorry to hear about your Dryer giving an error message. We would recommend disconnecting power from the breaker for at least a minute and then turning the breaker back on to do a master reset on the Dryer. If you are in need of help after trying the reset, can you please email us your address, phone number, the model and serial number, the website you were contacted on, Fixya, your review ID, and date of purchase to [email protected]?

I dented the top of my dryer (Whirlpool Cabrio model number WGD5600XW0) and want to know how to remove top to fix dent.

-Here a sample to remove most brand 's top.
-Unplug the power, then remove couple screw on the upper back
-Now use Flat head screw driver wrap the tip with clothe then pry the front that sit on the end up.

Good Luck

What does beeping of dryer mean during dry cycle?

Depending on the dryer, it could simply be the wrinkle guard setting. This is the case with my Kenmore (Whirlpool) dryer.

I have a whirlpool cabrio wed6400sw1 i press the start button it said sensing it dont do nothing else

To take this unit apart is not easy for the user to do. It could be open thermostat, heater, motor, lid switch or control board or check your breaker as well. It is best to hire a technician.
