I just replaced Cyan cartridge, but now I keep getting "Ink Cartridges Empty" pop-up window telling me to install Cyan cartridge. When I click "Black Only" button it prints in color. The HP Solution Center is showing the correct ink levels. I don't understand why I keep receiving the pop-up message asking if I want to print with black ink only and that all printing will stop if cartridge is not replaced soon. Someone please help!
I want to print in black only and have changed the properties to grayscale, but it still won't let me print in black only. The magenta is out and it says I must replace, but i don't want color! help!
