DVDs How can I put DVDs or movies on my sansa e280?

just get another converter like anyvideoconverter then just put the converted file in the sansa converter or just convet the movie to mp4 using the anyvideoconveter

im not sure how to fix this problem, but anythingbutipod.com has a great forum that will help you fix your problem.

Try Deleting Some Of The Things You Don't Need And The Try To Put It In Again.

For the bad tracks go Under Settings, look for Mode or USB Mode. Put the unit in MSC (if that's available) or Rhapsody.

Connect it to the computer. See what driveletter it is :F: Sansa E280...G: Sansa E280... whatever it is.

Click Start/Run and type in chkdsk F:/f (or G: or whatever the letter is) . That will check and may fix the bad files.

I had this same problem
What i did was go to an other computer and poped in the cd for sansa media converter and downloaded it.
If that dont work go to my computer and click on sansa e280 and format it.NOTE: this will delete EVREYTHING>

Try udpating the firmware of you player in recovery mode if you have a latest version firmware use this one. Use the downgrade file.

You dragged & dropped files in recovery mode? Recovery mode is only for re-installing the firmware or formatting the device if it is unresponsive. If you are wanting to drag and drop files onto the device, the music needs to be put into the Music folder on the device. If you do not see the Music folder, you will need to enable hidden files and folders on your PC. Best of Luck. p.s. - you can add to this question this doesnt work.
