Hi i have a omnia i900 and i forgot may password i think because when i try to type my passwrd at start up it does even react after i press on unlock.some times it tells me passwors incorrect but most off the time it doesn't even respond.can some one help me please you can mail me on [email protected]

If you do not remember the password for your privacy lock / phone lock then you will need to master reset the phone and that will reset the password back to the default password 00000000 (eight zeros). Please follow the steps below...

Steps to Master Reset the GSM Phones to company default settings

NOTE: Following the steps below will delete everything from the phone memory like contact numbers, images, music, messages.

1. Switch OFF the phone and take the SIM card out.

2. Switch it ON without the SIM card, the phone will say “insert SIM card”.

3. Enter the code *2767*2878# and wait for 10-20 seconds until the phone restarts automatically.

4. Now the phone will say “insert SIM card” again, put the SIM card back in and switch it ON.
