Are your copies face down in the feeder? can you make copier face down on the glass? Otherwise you have a bad scanner.

How can i fix the the problem with canon ir 4570 which produce an image the half is good and the other is bad . i already change the drum .

Hi. You need to be more specific. Printed paged are OK or it's just when making copies . If both copies and prints are bad . The problem can be in the printer section but if only copies are bad the problem is in the scanning section .

Scanner not woking

If you can make copies but you cannot scan documents to folder or email then I would consult your resident IT person. If you are not able to make copies but the machine prints then you have a bad scan lamp. If you are not able to make copies or print and the scan lamp is as bright as can be then your laser unit is shot.

I am unable to print pdf documents on my Image Class d880 printer. I used to be able to...but am not able to anymore. Any reason why this is happening?

Maybe your pdf is protected by print password, in this case, you have to use the pdf password remover to remove the print permission. Here is tutorial on how to remove it on windows:

Canon ir 1600 my copier print copy image is very poor

Hi there,
iR1600 are special machine that needs a little bit more care.

First, clean the laser unit and optics ( beneath copy glass too ). Then use some polisher and polish the developing cylinder and clean/replace developer cylinder blade.

Use GENUINE CANON DRUM UNIT and GENUINE TONER.

Printing from my macbook pro using my Canon Image Class D320 I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and I'd like to print using my Image Class D320. I see no support and no drivers out there. Any...

I am sorry but some companies do not have Mac drivers for the older devices. You can try downloading the SWITCH ( not sure of the correct name) program that lets you run a make shift ( simulation) windows on your Mac and that may be the way to print to this device.
