Cannot receive data using nokia 3110c bluetooth

Hi, your problem is need to reprogram your cellphone or try this also maual reformat to your cellphone just dial this *#7780# and default password nokia 12345.but before you that reformat you need to back-up your files to memory card and save your contacts to sim memory.after you that the cellphone is back to normal setting .i wish that i help your problem.thanks

nokia 6300 you have to reinstall the bluetooth device in the nokia servies center.and then you can receive dates from other phones.[or] copy the datas to pc and formet the memorycard........

This is a software. some files might be infected by virus in c programme and the file might corrupted.Sometimes it occur when using more of mmc more than 1gb.the phone cannot load the memory of mmc so it affected to phone.Sometimes this arises when receiving files via bluetooth.messages etc.This is due to the weakness of software.
Anyway you can solve this by using my trick

Secondly download
3110c files And install it in your PC..Disconnect all usb devices.
Now connect the phone with usb data cable without power on the phone to PC.Open Nokia pheonix...Click to "FILE" and select "open product" Choose 3110c rm237.Next Click to "Flashing" and then open "FPS-8C FLASH " after opening this just click to "Close" button and again click to "Flashing" select "FIRMWARE UPDATE" NOW you can select the firmware version as well as the product code at the top right whch is showing a small browse window.Remember if the product code of the particular is not there just select the highest one.
After loading ..Click to "Dead phone" and again press to "REFURBISH"
Wait until a message shows that "PRESS POWER BUTTON" Press it and wait until the phone automatically switch on.

Move all data in memory card other than in folders like images, received,videoclips etc. To any folder in memory card. Then try again . It works.

3110c mostly are not effected from the viruses. still if you are sure there is a virus. use Nokia PC suite to take custome back up of the phone ( DO NOT INCLUDE "MESSAGES" ) and reinstall the firmware.

You have selected phone memory to save messages in it.Go to messages and select settings.In settings go to other .You will see "Memory In Use" option. Select memory card.Now your bluetooth data will be save in memory card.Thanks

Install pcsuite and connect your phone to the pc using data cable and open pc suite \in that you will find an icon named messages... \open that icon and select which message you want to copy and go to file option in that you will find option to export....\by clicking that they will ask target place. ...Hope you will succeed....

blue tooth IC is malfunctioning u will need to replace it. Also check if u can send through bluetooth if u can then u need to dump all items into folders and then check
