I have a Samsung DVD-VCR V4600 unit that will not record on a VCR tape with the timer-record set. This problem followed a power blip last week that did not require re-setting clocks in the house. I can set VCR timer programing OK, but the tape does not record. I had the same problem maybe a year ago. I don't remember what we did to get it working again. Is there a way to set the unit to factory default? Any help is appreciated.
Press fast forward and rewind button on the unit simultaneously for 10 seconds with no disc inside the player to reset it to factory setting.
