PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. Well you could try inputting random codes until the phones asks you for a PUK code, if it doesn't ask for one already.
Then you'll need to call your carrier's help number, and ask the representative for a PUK code. (You'll need paper and a writing utensil handy)
When you enter the codes you were given, it should reset the security code, and you'll be able to use the phone normally.

you need to contact your service provider to get the code. they may ask you to bring the phone in.

PUK code is given by the mobile operator..you will have to contact them and tell them about the problem..hope it helps!

ok if you need your puk code you will have to call your carrier
(optus,vodaphone ect)
and tell them u need your puk they will ask a few security questions then they will provide the puk enter it into your mobile and then it will say add new pin do that and it will say repeat
if nesscery write down the puk just in case of this again
