I assum there are four wires, you really cant get them wrong as they are all Neutral wires so it won't go of bang, it just may not heat as it should, I would connect them as you think it should and try them.

Which thermostats goes where in a creda simplicity tumble dryer

When it comes to installing a thermostat in a Creda Simplicity tumble dryer, it can be a bit of a tricky task. But don't worry, we've got you covered! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get the job done quickly and easily.
First, you'll need to locate the thermostat. It's usually located on the back of the dryer, near the top. Once you've found it, you'll need to remove the screws that hold it in place.
Next, you'll need to disconnect the wires from the old thermostat. Make sure to note which wire goes where, as you'll need to reconnect them to the new thermostat.
Once the wires are disconnected, you can remove the old thermostat and replace it with the new one. Make sure to connect the wires to the new thermostat in the same order as before.
Finally, you'll need to secure the new thermostat in place with the screws. Once that's done, you're all set!
Installing a thermostat in a Creda Simplicity tumble dryer may seem like a daunting task, but with a few simple steps, you can get the job done in no time. Now that you're an expert, you can tell your friends: "I'm the thermostat whisperer!"

THIS LINK MAY HELP. INTERNET SEARCH MAY TURN UP OTHERS OF INTEREST. MOST UNITS COME WITH
WIRING DIAGRAMS. A DIFFERENT MAKER'S UNIT I WORKED ON HAD THE SHEET IN A CLEAR PLASTIC ENVELOPE ATTACHED TO THE REAR PANEL. A USED APPLIANCE STORE MIGHT LET YOU BORROW ONE.

Wiring diagram for smeg thermostat

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that you are looking for the wiring diagram, to replace the thermostat, in your Smeg appliance. The wiring diagrams are typically not accessible to the public. I suggest contacting the manufacturer, as they might have access to that wiring diagram for your appliance. Hope this is helpful.

My creda t622cw dryer had no heat so I have replaced the thermostats, but when I tried it there is heat but the heating element gets very hot and turns red, is this normal or do I need to replace this as...

The fact that the element gets red hot, shows that there is nothing wrong with the element, it will get red, more so if you tried it without a cover or panel over it, as normally the fan blows the air over the element, make sure the drive belt is o/k, and the drum is turning.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

My creda tunble dryer model 37324 is working but

If you plan to try to repair the problem yourself, then the first thing you want to do is unplug the dryer from the electric.
Remove the back of the machine and try to locate the air tube going from the blower to the drum. Normally inside the air tube you will find the heating coil and the thermostats/thermistor.
Once you have located the heating coil, remove the two wires from it and check the coil with an ohm meter across the two terminals of the coil.
You should read continuity across the terminals, if not you will need to replace the coil as it is faulty.
If the heating coil is ok, then:
You can check the thermostat/thermistor by removing the two wires and taping them together with electrical tape.
If the coil heats up then replace the thermostat/thermistor.
DO NOT LEAVE THE WIRES TAPED TOGETHER AFTER THE TEST. This could cause a fire, as you have removed the saftey of overheat from the machine.
Good Luck,
Hope this helps
