Things to check:
1- When you upload to Web you always have to set user and password for the ftp/Web space you are using.
If you uploaded documents into different websites, ensure that User ID and Password, and URL (www.yoursitename.com or ftp.sitename.com) are set correctly for the space you are using.
Ensure that you did not run out of space in your website. This must be verified accessing to your online provider control panel.
If one file on the server is corrupted or read only a file may not upload.
To ensure this is not the problem, do a backup of your online content, then upload the new files.
If your provider is experiencing problems , then the server may time you out. Ensure there is no server problem contacting your provider.
After checking all the above, if problem is still unsolved , then UNINSTALL and REINSTALL Print Shop Publisher. This will reset all settings. Ensure that you have taken note of all settings for your host space.
Another good way to proceed is installing and using an ftp client. That will be a more efficient and professional way of transferring files from and to your remote host.
Here a free ftp client:FileZilla - The free FTP solution
Or:CuteFTP - Official Site.

Hi there
Trying removing some of the larger images and publish again (ensure you know how to place them back in afterwards). If it publishes without these images, the images are the cause and you can get back to me for further info.
Please do not rate this reply unless I have answered your question or your reply will not be returned to me. Thanks.
When you successfully published the new project, are you trying to publish in one location as the one with problem now? If not, check on your ftp connection as you should be using the correct access.
Also, check for file attachments i any.
Please dont hesitate to ask me of any clarifications.
The error that you sent is incomplete. Are you getting “/Web/Sites/Sites.rss” as a part of the error? If yes, download the latest software (from software updates) and there was one for iWeb. It should fix the problem.
Let me know if you got a different error. Thank you!
Make sure that you have setup your web publishing connection properly. this includes setting up your server connection and ftp if needed
if you think that the problem is from that particular project only, then what is the difference between that project (the one with problems) and the other test projects that can be published successfully?
maybe file structure? please specify where the attached files are located...
maybe too large files and slow internet connection during the time of publishing causing a TIMEOUT error?
please check and retry...
ok, when you publish your project, it must be made by the publisher including the attachment though the attachments are different. this is so because the publisher will compile everything in a project file and remember the path where to pull them during upload. try to test your project for publishing then

Hi there,
If you encounter an error such as "An error occurred while processing this directive" when loading your site, we suggest that you try renaming the WordPress re-direct file called "index.shtml" file to "redirect.wp" located under the "www" directory. You may use a FTP program or Netfirms File Manager to rename the file.
To rename the index.shtml file using Netfirms File Manager, please follow these instructions:
1. Login to the Netfirms Members Control Panel at https://controlpanel.netfirms.com
2. Click Hosting
3. Click Files
4. Click File Manager
5. Click www
6. Check off the file "index.shtml" you wish to rename (a check box appears to the left of each filename)
7. Click Move icon
8. Enter a new filename (we suggest redirect.wp)
9. Click Move
Good Luck!!
Thanks

If I am able to publish other document projects to the web with printshop wouldn't that mean the connections are set up properly? The problem seems to be with this one project. I can't preview it or anything. Please advise, I am not computer savy. Thanks
A number of my files are connected to my documents.
jpg files, pdf and word
Also my e-mail and a bulletin board site
I did use my scanner for a number of my graphics.
Can you tell me what to do next?
Thanks
I am not sure what you mean. All I do is click on publish file to web. Should I be doing something different?
Is there a way to find out what particular file, graphic etc. is preventing the project from being published?
No the only message i receive when I try to publish is the one i gave you.
How big is too big of an image or file that I copied and pasted into my project.
Please let me know I don't feel I am getting anywhere with the solutions.
