When a fuse trips, it is because of a short somewhere in the circuit or the appliance....reset and try another appliance...if it doesn't trip, there is nothing wrong with the circuit...your appliance is bad.

It sounds as if there is a fault with the macerator motor. Are you saying that the saniflo is causing the rcd / fuse to trip, so you reset it, and it trips out again? Can you hear any noise from the saniflo before it trips out? If not or there is a loud humming noise it could mean the unit is blocked and the motor has stalled. Can you detect any unwanted smells coming from the unit? if so there is a good chance that there is a leak which may have strayed into the internal wiring and tripped the supply.
There should be a check valve installed in the discharge elbow, check if the check valve is installed or it might just be stuck open so when waste water is pumped out, it slowly drains back into the unit creating water pressure that is making it kick on and off.
If the pump is tripping the GFI then could be a broken pressure chamber, which is were all the electrical components are and if it senses water it will trip the GFI. Solution will be to replace pressure chamber complete.
If the pump is turning on by itself then water could be draining back into the pump. Either the flapper inside the toilet tank is leaking water or the check valve on the discharge elbow is not closing all the way. Solution will be to inspect flapper on flush valve (inside toilet tank) or may need to be replaced. Also the flapper on the check valve must be inspected for obstructions of may need to be replaced.
Mine did this, have you tried using a drain cleaner to break up any blockage? I had to unblock the outlet pipe by connecting a garden hose and flushing it out.
