Apparently, Patio Classic Grill Company, based out of Louisville, KY is no longer in business and OEM parts are hard to come by. I suggest check Weber Charcoal Grill Parts, as they make a similar model and the grill grates may be interchangeable.

if it is a 22" grill (like a weber kettle) you could probably use the weber version since they are ready available at home depot or lowes at a cost of under 20 dollars
I could not find a replacement but used 2, 18" weber circular grates, one on each end and they overlap in the middle. It is not and ideal arrangement but it allows me to continue to use this discontinued charcoal grill that I love so much
