Hp desk top will not turn on

I have a hp desktop computer that will not turn on. March of 2009 i turned it off as normal because i was moving and placed my computer in storage and i moved into my new place in july so when i plug my computer up and push the power button nothing will happen so i wanted to know could it be just the power supply or could it be something else? Please help

First open cpu cabinet and pull cmos cell for 10 minutes from motherbord then all settings are defaults.
Then check .
If still face same problem then you have to change your SMPS it is square box on back top side of cpu .

MY Dell Inspiron 530 which I purchased on March 2009 will not turn on. When I attempt to turn it on all I hear is a fan running and a series of 3 beeps which repeats themselves.
Technical Issue is 3 Beeps, which is this 3 Beeps are due to VGA Card problems. Call your nearest Computer Technician to check it.

My desk top hp pavillion will not turn on
Hold the power button in on the computer for 5 seconds. Wait another 5 seconds. Now hit the power button as you normally would to turn the PC on. It should boot normally.

During start up system loads desk top then screen turns blue then reloads desk top. i try and access the explore to get my files off there but it repeats itself

Buzzing noise on and off about every 2mins ( New desk top computer ) Is this normal?
Yes this is very normal ..it usually come from ur hard disc when it moves or process something.
so dont worry about it ...nothing is goin to fail ..i have same noise from last 6 yrs in my desktop ..never had any problem ...so enjjjjjjjjjoy
