While using my Jabra Halo, which I ordered online recently, most of the features seem to work fine. The microphone on the bluetooth works well with my phone and, while plugged in, the audio is clear and well focused. HOWEVER, when I connect the headphones to my computer with bluetooth, and attempt to listen to music, or any other audio, wirelessly, the sound quality immediately fails. I'd describe the sound as something close to what you'd hear on AM Radio. I am unsure as to whether this is a problem with the bluetooth connection, or if I am missing some sort of driver. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Each brand has it's own peculiarities and you did not specify the brand. I would suggest turning off the headphones, resetting the transmitter (turn off and on again for separate devices) and then pressing and holding the 'on' switch for 15 seconds or so. You may see (in some models) a light start to blink blue then red and back. This should indicate that the receiver (headphone) is trying to find a transmitter to pair with. Hope this helps.

They need a minimum level of signal to switch on the transmitter.
Verify if it works on yet another system.
Make sure you have the right output on your Samsung.
Try to increase the output level of your Samsung...(up the volume, but it may be a fixed output..)

Try going to control panel->sounds->make the hands free audio the default.
SOURCE: Sound quality/ connection to tv/ audio problems
The sound quality from an HDtv could very well be better than from a lesser-quality TV. The sound from the headphones can only be as good as the signal that feeds it.
