Can I get a replacement or use another replacement part?

If you can hear the motor but the beater bar doesn't turn, it's the belt that needs replacing. If you don't hear a thing when it's plugged in and turned on, then you need a new vacuum. Besides, the part, if you could buy one, may cost half of what a new unit will cost. Treat yourself!

Not sure if this is any good but here is a link to a youtube video showing how to remove the cover and change the brush and belt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxoHDvr1ZJI
No there is not, if the main motor is turning then the problem is that the brush is jammed with debris. You need to remove the brush and clean out the debris or replace the brush assembly. I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions. I appreciate your vote if you appreciate my reply.
The most common failure there is the drive belt from the motor to the brushes has failed. Consult your local vacuum store for a replacement. Normally they are fairly easy to change. Check and see if the brush is free wheeling or needs a push to get it to turn. If the belt is broken or worn out the brushes will turn freely.
Don't know if you can find something that will work, Eureka doesn't make these motors available thru them. Try some local shops or a place that sells small motors.
Belt number is 74376, there should be screws on the bottom, take those out and the top comes off, or the top and bottom come apart. You will want to clean evrything so the brush roll will roll easily.
