When opened the Lock aplication and pressed it is asking the unlock code. When I entered 1234 code as suggested by you it is still saying the code entered is incorrect try again. please tell me how to proceed further
Sometimes the code is not 1234, but 0000 instead. You might try that.

If u have not change the code than it is surely 0000.but if 0000 is not working it means somebody have changed the security code.try to remember that changed code.

Try using the security code by pressing the menu button when it asks for the lock code n enter 000000

if you give me your imei number i should be able to get you the code that overides the code it is asking for but i cant get them for all phones but give me your imei number off the back off your phone this worked on my nokia 6230 so cant see why i cant get the code for your phone aswell alot of people charge for this info but as i dont get charged im not going to star charging people your imei code will look something like 123456/12/123456/0 post back and i will try my best to help you ok.................

I already reset my phone.. (master clear and master reset) it requires the 6 digits code (000000).. I was expecting that the 4 digits code will be returned to default.. I tried (1234), (0000) and (1111 to 9999).. all I know is the default 6 digits code (000000) to reset my phone..

Most original codes are factory set as "0000". Try this, or take it back to the dealer and have them reset the code.
