Water keeps running from drinking spicket.

Either the draining gasket or the cooling tank or the push in filterings could be not working and should have to be replaced in the water drinking fountain.looking for where the leak is coming from for the water drinking fountain then and get the parts or the part that is having water leaking from replaced.

is there power to the unit.could be selinoid problem

IIt sounds like you need a new fill float assembly. First replsce the shut off valve at the wall if it's broken. The fill valve is easy to vhage. Set shut off point 5/8" from top of overflow drain tube. -Good Luck, Ned-

Oasis water Fountain keeps freezing up

If you ave any compressed airm open the valve and blow back through the spicket. That's if you don't want to uninstall it. If all the units have been the same, it is an assembly error on the factory. Contact them again and advise a possible bad production run.Ask for a unit that has be tested. I'm confident they will work with you.

Pull the water jug and open the top of the unit. Look for frozen water. May need repaired or adjusted to keep water from freezing.

The fan and compressor run at the same time.
Both get power from the on/off cold control termostat.
1.Defective thermostat.
2.Compressor not cooling.

If the water is chilling go to #1.
