Check for obstruction to the intake and also check for a air bubble going to the intake,maybe loosing prime

The humming noise is most likely coming from the power supply.

If the unit is worth the repair cost ( Over $100.00 ) you should have it repaired.

If not, deal with the noise until it goes out.

Well certainly the loud humming sound and flashing numbers are annoying but no where near as bad as the existence of your fake self centered wife who uses you for your paychecks and is a pathological liar. Have you figured this out yet? It runs in her family-she\'s a psychopath...you best get a real woman or else-a you gonna find yourself knee deep in alimony payments ie in a divorce if her age plus the years married ad up to 65 you pay her for a long time. I think she just hit that magic number-expect she will discard you soon. Beat her to it buddy!

Color wheel would be first suspect followed by a fan needing replacement. But if its a real loud humming I would almost bet its the colorwheel.

Usually the distortion is from over gain on the preamp or the spl of the actual voice on the diaphragm have him step back a few steps and try again.

The first thing to try is plugging a set of headphones into the speaker plug and testing, see if the crackling continues, if it doesn't it sounds like a short in your speakers (or the sound card, but my guess would be the speakers).

when was last time furnace was serviced --air filter change burner area cleaned vacuumed the hum can be a few reasons ---fan bearing need service [ oiled ] fan bracket bushings damaged or loose --burner out of adjustment burning improper etc these are a few

probably is the compressor become noisy but it doesn't mean that it will fail
