My speakers sound like there is static interference when they were playing fine previously, can you tell me what the problem is?

Could be a bad physical connection between the audio player and system, or the speakers and system. Clean the jacks and ports using an optical cloth and/or a can of compressed air. Try the system with a different audio player.

I have a hp elitebook 6930p the sound is not fine. I mean the music is playing fine but the words spoken in songs and movies are not audible I don't know what to do

Laptop's are not known for there sound, the smaller the laptop the smaller the speakers are by design. That said, try different Media players with Equalizers, Real Player, VLC, etc. You can find freeware Media Players here: http://www.filehippo.com/ OR a External Speaker, I use the Bose Sound Dock: http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/shop_online/digital_music_systems/sounddock_systems/sounddock/index.jsp

No sound

1) Try connecting the speaker to a different source like a Mp3 player. If the speaker is playing, Then speakers are fine and its the problem with the computer.

2) If the speakers are fine, Move onto the computer,Please check all the volume controls in Control panel, media players etc. Even after keeping the volume in all controls are high and none of them were muted, Then the drivers can be corrupted due to some actvitiy on the system. Please reinstall the drivers and try playing the music !

Hope this helps... Rate accordingly

1995 Saab 900S Left speaker doesn't work when using tape player

sounds like the cassette adapter has a bad channel, or didn't fully seat into place. Try removing and re inserting, to play the other side of the adapter if the wires will allow it. Then auto reverse the cassette deck to allow a different portion of the cassette head to be used for the signal. Those cassette adapters are poor quality, and put alot of time on the mech.

DVD sound problem

Go into the setup menu into the audio options (use arrows on remote to go up and down menu and press left to enter the next menu to change options). By memory when I was running this just through a TV and not through a surround sound system, I had to turn off the addition speaker options in the audio menu. The one's like centre speaker etc have an small/large/off option. I had to turn these off so that all sound would come through the TV speaker only. That is about all I remember as I was trying to get this running for my aunt and I no longer have the DVD player.

Sound - one speaker broken

I suggest try updating the firmware of the player. Have you tried listening to the FM station to see if it is only the songs that are being affecter? Also try to use another headphone.

Aspire 3000

It sounds like a hardware problem, but to be sure, trying playing different kinds of files and also use a different player. For example, if you're using Itunes, try Windows Media Player or playing a sound file from the internet such as a myspace page.
