SOURCE: I HAVE A OLDER MODEL RCA HOME THEATER BIG SCREEN TV

I have the same tv at my place and I got Sears to come over and fix it. It cost me ~$90 for the initial visit then I ordered ~$140 part he recommended (voltage thing for crt) ordered and installed. He said that if that didn't work then he would have been able to return the part and it would have been the circuit board going out and that would have cost around $400 more. He said that if that were the case it wasn't worth it since you can buy one of these tvs used for around $500. The part he ordered worked on my tv and is doing fine.

I have an additional question though: is this tv HD ready for when all the signals change next year?

SOURCE: LG LCD TV - Buzzing Sound and Faint Horizontal Lines

From your description, the sound you are hearing is the inverter(s) that drive the back light for the LCD screen/module.
The inverters mounted on the back side (one lower right and one left side) of the LCD screen/module. They are under the sheet metal cover/shields.
The inverters are going out and or the LCD screen/module is going bad too.
That LG TV has only a 1 year on parts and labor from the date of purchase, but you could call LG and ask for their help for such a new TV. They might do it under a warranty, for little or no cost to you.
I hope this information has helped you.
Good Luck.

My MPOW Thor Bluetooth Headset is making a beeping sound

Connect the headset to the charger as if you were charging it, but keep one side in your ear. Once connected to the charger, hold down the power button. It'll beep a few times and then stop. Disconnect from the charger. You can then turn the headset back on. This "procedure" clears the headset's memory,

Blue Parrott Road Warrior B250XT, will not stay connected to my phone, The phone is a Motorolai335, it will connect and disconnect just when ever some times every 3 to 5 minutes and will reconnect within...

These steps are for a headset that is already paired to you cell phone and is stored in the phones trusted device / history list.

Look at the lights on the Multi-Function Button of the headset (the top / largest button of the three buttons); the light will be blinking Red if not connected and blue if connected (paired and connected are two different things). Push the volume up (middle button) 2 times, you should hear a beep each time you press it. If you hear the beeps go to the next paragraph. If you hear no beeps at all you will need to call 1-800-742-8588 for an RA # (Return Authorization Number) for warranty and non warranty repairs.

Look at the lights on the Multi-Function Button on the headset (the top / largest button of the three buttons); the light should be blinking Red if not connected and Blue if connected (paired and connected are two different things). Plug the headset into the power adaptor with power applied. Make sure your cell phone is on and the Bluetooth power of the PHONE is turned on. After 5 seconds unplug the headset from the charger and do not press any buttons. You should get a slow Red blinking light at first. Allow the headset to connect automatically to the cell phone, this may take up to 10 seconds. Once the connection has occurred the Blue light on the Multi-Function Button will blink once every second.

If after 10 seconds the light is still blinking Red once every 5 seconds you will need to press either the Multi-Function Button of the headset once to connect to the cell phone, or, your phone may be set up requiring you press a designated button or sequence in the phone to connect to the headset (meaning your cell phone is not set with or does not support automatic connect).

*NOTE* Most newer model cell phones have an automatic connect feature. Some phones have the categories of "Headset", and "Hands Free" in their Bluetooth menu. Some companies use the term Auto-Connect under the "Hands Free" category in their Bluetooth menu to indicate the set up for use with the Bluetooth system in an AUTOMOBILE.
Automatic connection under the "Headset" category and Auto-connect under the "Hands Free" category are not the same thing. When dealing with the headset you want to work in the "Headset" menu and make sure the Auto-connect of the "Hands Free" menu is turned off.
If this doesn't correct the issue I'd recommend calling VXi at 800-742-8588 for additional clear and reset instructions and the possability of warranty repair options.

My Plantronics Blue tooth earpiece gives a constant "three beep" sound. I can hear the other person on the phone but the constant beeps at the same time. The beeps happen also when the phone is...

The three beeps usually indicate low talk time. If you have tried turning off and on your headset and still have the annoying beeps, then there is a problem with the device. You'll need to contact your retailer or Plantronics (800-544-4660 x5538) for warranty replacement. If it's out of warranty, check out our website Headsets Direct for the latest in Bluetooth headsets.

First make sure it is fully charged then press both volume buttons simoultaneously until the blue light come on. May need to do it more than a couple of times to get it to work but the clicking sound does go away.

While i am in the basement my bluetooth headset beeps and the pjone get disconnected from the tower.what could be the reason?

Bluetooth is only rated for about 30' (with no interference from objects). The flooring between your basement and upstairs is sufficient to block your bluetooth signal.

Bluetooth headset won't connect in Vista

I had a similar problem. First part of the solution is to disable the headset profile for the headphones. These headphones can't handle both headset and headphone profiles at the same time. Second part of the solution is to make sure that your headphones are on when you activate bluetooth on the computer. For some reason, Vista doesn't like setting up the initial connection on-the-go, so it will just act like its connected and move on. Hope this helps!
